Storing your records in our secure, climate controlled facility. We pick up your records, log them into our system and store them. Record retrieval can only be accomplished by personnel on your approved list.
We will destroy records that you do not require. We can also schedule your stored records for destruction based on your parameters. After the documents have been shredded, they are then hauled of for recycling so as to ensure the least amount of environmental impact
Need to move records to an electronic format? We can do that for you also and have a variety of options for where to store the records. Some of the options include onsite storage, data center storage and cloud storage. Each of these has many options so that we can meet your needs
